Trip Stalled

It's my fault. It's my own fault. I haven't handled my responsibility well. Because of not handling my remaining rental house in a businesslike way my trip plans are stalled. I have been unable to contact any personal of the property management outfit I have selected. I find on this Saturday that neither there real estate office nor their rental office is taking calls. I get no answer from extensions or cell phones.
I do have a voice-mail message from a representative of that management outfit telling me that they have been unable to find the rental house!
I chose a management company so that I would have a secure contact for the rental while I am out of the country. I explained to them that we would have to do business by e-mail. They said the loved to do business that way. I have been trying to contact them be e-mail for the lat four days with no response!
My 20 year old tenant, (chosen for me by another rental company people who did not fulfill their contract) who I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact for 25 days. She contacted me from afar in response to a certified letter from me. I employed this manager because of the difficulty I have had in contacting my tenant. Be that as it may, I'd like to respond to her present call, but what can I say? That her rent has or has not been raise? That she will, or Will not be dealing with a property manager? That I am in the process of changing property managers?
For me, as for most, planning a trip is more than looking at maps and buying a ticket.

A Plan

I have no tickets or visas yet, but have the start of a plan: Fly to Colombia, probably into Bogota rather than Medellin. I can see the Gold Museum and the Salt Cathedral while in the Capital. Mis Piasanos de Antioquia no me van hacer falta.

From Colombia go to Merida de Venezuela to take a look at the surrounding small towns.

From Venezuela to Bolivia to take a pretty good look at that land-locked country. Venezuela and Bolivia are both new territory for me. Right now Bolivia seems very attractive. Maybe I can see the reality of the Tamengo Canal with my own eyes.

Relaxing in the hot water at Salta, Uruguay again doesn't seem a bad idea either.

While I'm thinking, I'll pack a bag.
If I go to North Africa, South Africa, Indonesia, or Maldova I'll enjoy my own toothbrush and a change of underwear.
