No Help from Blogger

I'm unable to change font size.
The only response that I have gotten from blogger is that there is no help available in my language!
When did blogger stop using English? Is this not English?
I need a host who supports their publishing program.
I need a host willing to speak with me in English.
I will begin looking for a more capable and accommodating host.
