It isn't esoteric. It's about awareness, discovery, study, understanding, growth, curiosity, meditation, wisdom, some religion and philosophy, and like that. It is taken from experience and wisdom teachings.
'Oh, Brother, Where Art Thou?' I enjoy the wit that makes this movie enjoyable time after time.
ReplyDeleteBlogs are a great to communicate with many others - to share and exchange info and data - - to keep current with each other's activities.
Genealogy - where to begin with this ? First off it's THE GREAT DETECTIVE HUNT where you learn geography, history, cultures, how to glean info from public records [both at local courthouses and libraries] read church records, federal census data, land records. In addition to all of these neat perks, you also learn something about those who came before you and have put you on this earth. It sure makes them more human when you read about their baptism in church records, pour over death records, talk to cemetery personnel, see them listed among millions on census records. We are passinate when it comes to genealogy.

I'm right here.
ReplyDeleteI'll take a look at the movie.
I find the geography, history, and culture attractive. The gleaning sounds like hard work backed by hard won skill.
"Making them more human" sounds like something to do with heart.
